At Hov Global, we bring the perfect blend of expertise, experience, and creative imagination to the table. With over 150 years of combined history in residential housing and land development, Hov Global was born by fusing the expertise and legacies of Hamad Bin Saedan Company and K. Hovnanian Homes (USA) — two founding partners whose complementary strengths continue to shape everything we build today. Recognized as the Kingdom’s first internationally registered residential developer under SAGIA (now MISA), we’ve built over 300,000 incredible homes globally and developed over 120 million sqm of real estate across Saudi Arabia.

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Riyadh, our team of over 80 associates has an innate passion for building inspirational homes that enrich lives. With exceptional industry experience, they design, develop, cost manage, coordinate project management and procurement, and handle the sale and marketing of all our homes in-house. With over 2,500 homes built or under construction in Saudi Arabia to date, it’s no wonder we’re the first choice when it comes to developing world-class communities.

Robert Hofmann
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Robert is an international, residential real estate development entrepreneur and industry leader with over 30 years of homebuilding experience in the USA and Saudi Arabia. As one of our founders, Robert has led the start-up of Al Tahaluf Real Estate as our CEO since 2010. He brings his in-depth experience in managing real estate operations, land acquisition and strong ties to financial and funding resources while leading our team toward Al Tahaluf’s strategic plan and overall growth.
Tyler Lewis
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Tyler joined Al Tahaluf Real Estate in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years in private equity, business management, entrepreneurship, and homebuilding. He embarked on his homebuilding journey at K. Hovnanian Homes in Dallas, Texas, where he excelled in overseeing community development. With a prestigious MBA from INSEAD, Tyler seamlessly integrates his world-class education, diverse background, and dynamic personality to drive and implement transformative change within Al Tahaluf Real Estate. He plays a key role in evaluating deals, cultivating new partnerships, and devising cutting-edge strategies to fuel Al Tahaluf’s continuous growth.
Tareq Fakhuri
Chief Executive Officer
Tareq is an international real estate development executive with over 28 years of progressive experience. A dedicated, results-oriented Chief Operating Officer, he has held several leadership positions in the commercial construction industry. Tareq has strong creative problem solving and interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
Majed Al Rayan
Chief Financial Officer
Majed has over 20 years of experience in finance functions, financial control and planning, accounting, costing management, budget management, financial reporting and people management. He also has extensive knowledge of ERP implementation, presentation of financial data and operational performance
Salman Bin SAEDAN
Chief Business Development Officer
Salman joined the Al Tahaluf Real Estate team in 2017. With a rich background and family legacy in real estate development and investing, Salman leads Al Tahaluf Real Estate Business Development and Land Acquisition efforts. Salman has dedicated his efforts to growing our business relationships and partnerships. He was a key leader in the Ishraq Living partnership with the Ministry of Housing and the National Housing Company. Salman is leading our outreach to new partners to grow our company and find future opportunities.
Mark Taylor
Chief Operating Officer
Mark has a wealth of operational and project knowledge spanning over 30 years. With over 20 years in the Middle East, Mark has managed complex multibillion dollar projects across a variety of sectors ranging from residential, hospitality, retail, and several iconic projects across the region. As Chief Operating Officer, Mark’s key expertise includes commercial, controls and corporate governance, processes and procedures, stakeholder and partner relationships, while ensuring team leadership and talent development excels at all levels. With business transformation and organisation design, underpinned by performance management, he brings a growth mindset, to allow HovGlobal to expand and become the premier residential provider in Saudi Arabia.
Wafa Al Hussini
Chief Human Resources Officer
Joining Al Tahaluf Real Estate in 2016, with an advanced qualification and background in Human Resources and Organizational Development, Wafa shows great leadership and mentorship in her role. Her excellent skills have helped her grow in our organization from an HR specialist to our first female Executive Director. With excellent managerial skills, she overlooks all recruitments and associate development in our company.
Justin Neden
Chief Investment Officer
Justin brings over 20 years of industry experience from the USA, including 7 years with K. Hovnanian Enterprises, our majority shareholder, and 13 years with Ryan Homes. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in residential sales, marketing strategy, and customer-focused growth initiatives.

Bin Saedan Land Developers was founded.

1959

K. Hovnanian starts homebuilding company in New Jersey, USA.

1983

K. Hovnanian goes public and is listed on the American Stock Exchange

2004

K. Hovnanian put on Fortune's 100 Fastest Growing companies for the third consecutive year.

2011

Bin Saedan Land Developers and K. Hovnanian join forces to launch Al Tahaluf Real Estate.

2013

Built the first pilot home and delivered it to the owner.

2014

Launched first project, Bayt Al Hurr, in Riyadh.

2015

Launched Jawaher project. We partnered with renowned international designer Piet Boone for the project.

2017

Launched Ishraq Living project in Riyadh in partnership with the Ministry of Housing.

2019

Won the best developer in the Eastern Region award by NHC.

2021

Won the Advanced Construction Badge Award by the Ministry of Housing.
