Available Finance Programs:

  • Bank home financing supported by the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF), with down payments starting from 10%, subject to the client’s eligibility and salary.
  • Down payment support in coordination with the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) of SAR 150,000 for beneficiaries with salaries below SAR 10,000.
  • Down payment support in coordination with the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) of SAR 100,000 for beneficiaries with salaries above SAR 10,000.
  • Home financing through finance companies with down payments starting from 10%.
  • Cash payment programs.
  • Off-plan Sales.

Basic Finance Requirements:

Minimum Salary: 5,000 SAR
Eligible age for financing: From 21 up to 70 years old
Joint financing is available for first-degree relatives only
Required documents: Salary certificate, salary transfer or salary confirmation letter, and national ID
Salary transfer: Some banks offer financing options without salary transfer

The Loan Process

Once you have chosen your new home, your trusted sales consultant will walk you through the financing process.

  • You can select your preferred home loan provider and our sales consultant will introduce you.
  • Your consultant will also help you with all the application forms, assist with any details that are required by the loan company
  • and help you with your interactions with our closing and bank relations department.

Loan Approval

After getting the approval, our Sales consultant will direct you to our closing and bank relations department. They will take over to help you with the bank process as the following:

  • Furthermore, our team will provide all the relevant documents such as deeds and permits.
  • They will arrange for the evaluation of your home
  • and follow up on your behalf with the loan provider.
  • The final step is the transfer deed process which will be taken care of by us.
